  • Sign Out from Notifier.

  • Close Notifier.

  • Use OnePop for Screen Pop - all in one screen.
  • Common options:
    • Auto update new version of Notifier.
    • Auto update new version of Custom DLL.
    • Update server IP address/ host name.
    • Enable/ disable OnePop.
    • Enable/ disable URL pop.
    • Show/ hide IVR information for debugging.
  • Connection troubleshooting.

  • Link to resources such as your service desk, questions & answers or a forum.
  • List contacts for getting additional help.

Call browsing

  • Include links to relevant external sites and services.
  • Add other helpful information.
