  • User: from the bottom of the Demo page, click on the Web Chat bubble, a chatbox will open.
  • Enter the information (Name, Phone Number, Email and Reason) by form.
  • Select Department and click "Start conversation".
  • Note:
    • Choose Billing or Insurance.
    • Or choose Other (queue busy), the chatbot asks "All agents are currently busy. Your estimated waiting time is 7 minutes. There are 1 people ahead of you. We can call you back when it is turn. Would you like to wait and chat with an agent or would you like us to call you at 714.274.7475? Wait for chat agent or Wait for call phone" 
      • Choose "Wait for chat agent"
  • Complete the conversation with the chatbot.
