Case 1: Customer: No
IVR: Please tell us your new address. Start with the house number, building name, street name, district, and sub-district. For example, 45/7 Rama 9 Soi 17, Huai Khwang, Bangkok.
Customer: 123 Main Street
IVR: Got it. Your address is [address]. I'll send you a link via SMS to confirm your location on the map
Case 2: Customer: Yes → Go to the next IVR
IVR: Can your phone receive text messages?
Customer: Yes
Note: If the customer subscribes to the Line channel by current phone number
IVR: I see that you have registered this phone number through LINE, so I will send you a link to continue your order via LINE.
Then, the system will send a link to the SMS or LINE
IVR: Great. I just sent you a message. It may take some time to deliver. You can hang up the phone call and continue with the link I just sent, or you can stay on the call while you navigate through the web page.
The customer will interact on the web page with some events:
Open Webpage: Please select your location on the map and click on the Confirm button.
Confirmed Address: I see you've confirmed your address. Please continue to the next step and select your order items.
Previous Order Exists: We noticed you’ve previously ordered items. Would you like to reorder them or select new ones?
Started Menu Selection: You’ve started selecting your order items. Take your time and complete your selection.
Confirmed Menu: I see you've confirmed your order items.
Viewed Promotion: Please review any promotions before finalizing your order.
When the customer confirmed the order:
IVR: Thank you for confirming your order! Your pizza will be delivered to the address you selected.
IVR: Before ending the call, I'll send you the order details via SMS. Thank you and goodbye!
The system will send the order details to the SMS or Line
