Logic:
- A job on PrimasCX will pull all appointments in once per day.
- The pulled appointment will be checked-out status and last updated one day before the current date.

Access Outreach Survey Application
- Navigate to Application→ Phone Call Campaign. Click the "ModMed Appt Survey" campaign name.
- Change the Test Phone Number
Trigger manually pull appointment from ModMed to PrimasCX
- Navigate to Configuration → General → Job Management.
- With the App name ModMed Application, click the "Scheduler Configuration" button, it will open the Scheduler ModMed Application.
- On the Scheduler ModMed Application page, click the edit button.
- Then click "Try" to pull appointments from ModMed to PrimasCX.
Survey Report
- Navigate to Report → Post Call Survey
- Select Survey Detailed Report
