Access Outreach Reminder Application

• Navigate to Application→ Phone Call Campaign. Click the "ModMed Appointment Reminder" campaign name.

• Change the Test Phone Number

• Navigate to Wait List, it will display a list of appointments on the waiting list.

Trigger manually pull appointment from ModMed to PrimasCX

• Navigate to Configuration → General → Job Management.
• With App name Reminder, click the "Scheduler Configuration" button, it will open the Scheduler Reminder.

• On the Scheduler Reminder page, click the edit button.

• Then click "Try" to pull appointments from ModMed to PrimasCX.
