Install configuration FreedomQ
- Run the LinkScopeInstaller.exe then implement step by step to the Configuration/FreedomQ
- Enter your FreedomQ info into the textboxes: Pooling interval and IVR URL
- Click the Save button if you want to save that information
Checking configuration FreedomQ
After installing successfully the PrimasCX.
FreedomQ should be saved in two different files. Find it with key:
- Pooling interval at FQConfig.ini file and find the name key IVRDestination.
- IVR URL at Primas.LinkScope.FQServices.exe.config file and find the name key FQInterval.
Reconfiguration FreedomQ, you have two ways:
- Open the installer PrimasCX reconfigure at the Configuration/FreedomQ.
- Open two files and fix it there.
